Factory handbook / Demo v0.1
Demo walkthrough: build a factory that funds the Uzi
In Demo v0.1, build a working income loop before saving for the Uzi: sell your first cans, unlock the vacuum, finish Machine 1’s conveyor, then expand combat and processing together. This route ends with the Demo’s $50,000 Uzi goal; use the current-release opening guide if you bought the full game.

Follow the route
Turn the opening creatures into your first sales
Punch creatures until they fall, move their bodies into the rectangular crusher hopper, then carry the finished cans to the blue tube. Watch the wallet increase before heading to the lit lift. Keep these as three separate jobs: defeat, process, sell. Neither a corpse on the floor nor a can beside the machine is a completed sale.

Enter the lit lift between rounds. The opening Steel Fist node improves punches; the cited Demo frame shows +1 damage per punch and a damage value of 2 after purchase. Use the connecting lines to reach later options. A Locked card asks for all connected skills, so buying an unrelated cheap node will not satisfy it. Start another round with NEXT DAY [SPACE].
Replace repeated hand carrying with the $40 vacuum
Follow the green equipment branch to Industrial Vacuum. Its Demo purchase card shows $40 and says it collects creatures, cans and other objects that fit. Use the F swap prompt to switch tools. Deliver bodies to the hopper before collecting the can output, and check the cargo category before unloading.
Finish Machine 1’s transport route
Buy the connected Conveyor 1.x sections on the processing branch until the physical route reaches the selling tube. Early sections only extend part of the route. Continue selling the cans at the unfinished end yourself until the connection is complete. Follow one can from the machine to the tube and watch for income while your hands are doing another job.

The Demo weapon cards show Baseball Bat $40, Knife $500, Pistol $3,000 and Uzi $50,000. Progress through the connected weapon branch rather than assuming cash alone unlocks a grey node. Select the purchased weapon from the equipment list; an unlocked gun does not help while you keep holding the bat. Watch a firearm’s ammunition display and keep a melee option available.

Factory Expansion costs $1,000 in the cited Demo card and unlocks Machine 2. Feed the new machine instead of putting every batch onto the first machine’s queue. Its output needs its own transport route: finishing Conveyor 1 does not finish the second machine’s line. Keep collecting and selling that output while its route is incomplete.

The Demo Night Shift card keeps the factory running for a while after nightfall; its shown $50 purchase changes duration from 0s to 10s. That is machinery time, not permission to postpone every job until night. Feed bodies during daylight, then use the remaining running time and clean up already finished cans.

When weapons clear useful batches, the vacuum supplies the hoppers and the conveyors sell their output, bank income toward the $50,000 Uzi card. Interrupt saving for a repeated blockage you can see, not every newly revealed upgrade. After unlocking the Uzi, select it and keep alternating combat with body deliveries. More dead creatures still need processing.
Check the result
The route reaches its goal when the Uzi is unlocked and equipped while your factory continues converting bodies into sales. This walkthrough stops at the Uzi reached in the cited Demo run; full-release progression and later content are separate.
If you get stuck
Trace a stalled run from its biggest pile: live creatures need combat, floor bodies need collection, full hoppers need processing, and cans at an unfinished belt need transport. For a Locked Skill Tree node, inspect every connecting prerequisite. Do not restart solely because the full release does not inherit this Demo save.
Keep the next job moving
